I continue to work on several issues surrounding parks and green space, including the Parks and Recreation Design Team and I serve as the City Liaison on the Friends of GR Parks.
City Appointments:
I serve on the Committee on Appeals and Districts, ASCET Governing Board, Public Safety Committee, the Legislative Team, City Commission Fiscal Committee, Uptown CID, and the Kent County Land Bank Authority.
Community Participation and Involvement:
I continue to be an active member of the community, serving on a number of boards and committees including: board member of the Dyer-Ives Foundation, board member of the YMCA, board member of the Grand Rapids Youth Boxing Foundation, member of the Fulton Street Farmers Market Development Committee, and member of the Uptown CID.
I serve on the following Standing Committees, which meet every other Tuesday, at the following times:

9:30am: Committee of the Whole
12:30am: Legislative Team
